Refund policy

All sales are final.

Deadmoon Designs creates made to order and small batch items. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.

Refunds and Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only considered if an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue and the packaging

If approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Non Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or accidental orders

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

  • Custom, personalized, or made to order items

  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to handmade or small batch products

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has shipped.
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
